Hello, I'm Karen Pike.
I'm a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specialising in female health and wellbeing.
I'm passionate about helping women to connect with their inner wisdom and authentic selves in order to feel better.

We live in a very busy world and our minds and emotions are often dysregulated. I combine my expert knowledge of nutrition and biomedicine with holistic health practices such as mindfulness, emotional allowing and yoga to truly help you to feel better, especially in midlife.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach to wellness, it is based on the functional medicine approach to health, which aims to provide the body with what it needs to rebalance and restore health.

I take a scientific approach to health and our plans are evidence based. I incorporate the latest research on diet and lifestyle to give you a plan that is based on science and not guesswork.

To help get to the root cause of health conditions, I have access to laboratory testing, including stool, blood, hormone and DNA. I will also refer you back to the GP if free NHS tests are required.
